چکیده

The observation of superconductivity in infinite layer nickelate (Nd,Sr)NiO$_{2}$ thin films has led to rapid theoretical and experimental investigations these copper-oxide-analogue systems [1-15]. Superconductivity also been found (Pr,Sr)NiO$_{2}$ [16,17], but not previously (La,Sr)NiO$_{2}$ [2], raising a fundamental question whether is associated with the presence rare-earth moments [18,19]. Here we show that significant materials optimization, substantial portions La$_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$NiO$_{2}$ phase diagram can enter regime coherent low-temperature transport ($x$ = 0.14 - 0.20), subsequent superconducting transitions maximum onset ~ 9 K at $x$ 0.20. Additionally, observe unexpected indication ground state undoped LaNiO$_{2}$, which likely reflects self-doped nature electronic structure. Combining results (La/Pr/Nd)$_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$NiO$_{2}$ reveals generalized dome, characterized by systematic shifts unit cell volume relative electron-hole populations across lanthanides.

High temperature superconductivity from the two-dimensional semiconductors without magnetism

We examine the possibility of high temperature superconductivity from two-dimensional semiconductor without antiferromagnetic fluctuations. The weak coupling BCS theory is applied, especially where the Fermi level is near the bottom of the conduction band. Due to screening, the attractive interaction is local in k-space. The density of states(DOS) does not have a peak near the bottom of the ban...

Dilute Annealed Magnetism and High Temperature Superconductivity

It has become increasingly appreciated that the strong antiferromagnetic coupling between in-plane Cu atoms in most of the high-temperature superconductors is not merely fortuitous [ 1-4 ]. However a coherent understanding of exactly how the magnetic interactions influence the observed superconductivity has been elusive. Here we focus on the prototype compound, La2_xSrxCuO 4 ( " 2 1 4 " ) . We ...

Magnetism and Superconductivity by Nmr Study

Results of NMR measurement on high Tc oxide superconductor are reviewed together with heavy electron superconductor. In high Tc compounds, superconductivity and antiferromagnetism compete with each other, while in heavy electron system both coexist or compete. The property of Cooper pair is discussed in high T , superconductor together with the heavy electron superconductor. In the several syst...

Unconventional superconductivity and magnetism in CePt3Si1−xGex

CePt3Si is a novel ternary compound exhibiting antiferromagnetic order at TN ≈ 2.2 K and superconductivity (SC) at Tc ≈ 0.75 K. Large values of H ′ c2 ≈ −8.5 T/K and Hc2(0) ≈ 5 T indicate Cooper pairs formed out of heavy quasiparticles. The mass enhancement originates from Kondo interaction with a characteristic temperature TK ≈ 8 K. NMR and μSRmeasurements evidence coexistence of SC and long r...

Magnetism and superconductivity of heavy fermion matter

The interplay of magnetism and unconventional superconductivity (d singlet wave or p triplet wave) in strongly correlated electronic system (SCES) is discussed with recent examples found in heavy fermion compounds. A short presentation is given on the formation of the heavy quasiparticle with the two sources of a local and intersite enhancement for the effective mass. Two cases of the coexisten...
